I had a little issue with the AC on my rig the other day. Darrel from D&L helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone...saved me a trip to the shop and tons of $$$$. Highly recommend calling him before you take your RV/Motorhome to the shop.

Excellent service, exceeded expectations in every way! Daryl is responsive, provides clear explanation of work to be performed, reliable, fair, and a genuinely honest person. Darrell saved our vacation. We called him on Sunday afternoon and requested he come and check our Airstream. Because it was a blacktank issue he could not do it on site. He invited us to stay in the RV while he worked on it. We choose to stay in a hotel for a couple of nights. Darrell fixed our problems and we were back at the RV site in Tampa. We found an angel, he is honest, reasonable and trustworthy. We recommend him to anyone who is traveling with their RV and have problems. You will not regret meeting him and the great work he does.

I had a cable slide fail on my fifth wheel so I contacted D&L for the repair. Both Darrell and Wally were great at keeping me informed of the parts delivery schedule and when they'd be out for the repair. Fine tuning on a cable slide is a complex affair and Wally went out of his way to ensure it was done right. D&L is far superior to any RV dealer repair facility and the fact that they come to you is just a bonus. You don't find integrity and honesty like this every day.

Darrell was very responsive and on time. He made a quick diagnosis and had parts ordered and received within 48 hours. His attention to detail saved us $300 on a slide motor that I’m sure Camping World would have gladly charged us for if given the chance. If you like honest, and reliable service from local talent then this is the place to call. You will not be disappointed!
